Working as part of our EMEA Professional Services team, you will combine technical expertise, logistics knowledge, and customer-facing consultancy to deliver successful implementations across the UK and Europe.

- Translate business needs into effective solutions: Facilitate customer workshops, analyse logistics and operational processes, document requirements, and configure solutions that address customer objectives and support measurable return on investment.
- Improve customer logistics operations: Use data modelling, solution configuration, and process analysis to identify opportunities for improved routing, scheduling, productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency.
- Drive successful adoption: Train and coach customer users so they understand the solution, can apply it effectively in day-to-day operations, and are equipped to sustain adoption after implementation.
- Build robust customer solutions: Configure and test applications across client-server, web, and mobile environments, supporting integrations and technical environments as required to deliver reliable, business-critical solutions.
- Shape solutions around customer and industry needs: Develop customer- and industry-specific demonstrations, including application and user-interface configuration and data modelling, and identify product enhancements required to support successful customer outcomes.
- Provide trusted technical and application expertise: Act as a knowledgeable partner to customers and an internal subject-matter resource for Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, and Operations.
- Manage multiple customer commitments effectively: Balance concurrent implementation projects, customer expectations, technical decisions, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
