The Role

You will own the project delivery lifecycle for new client implementations and statements of work. That means leading kick-offs, working with clients to document complex workflows and requirements, and turning them into a statement of work and delivery plan. You'll coordinate internal teams, brokers, dealers and venues so clients get access to the execution destinations they need, set up and configure user acceptance testing, and provide training and ongoing support.

Alongside delivery, you'll manage client relationships and expectations, understanding each client's structure of stakeholders across trading desks, IT, operations, compliance and the COO office, and acting as a point of escalation for support issues. You'll keep reporting and feedback current in tools such as Salesforce, and manage the project lifecycle and time logging in FinancialForce. The role combines hands-on implementation with client-facing relationship management across the buy side.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
