Role Summary
Specright is hiring a Salesforce Implementation Consultant for our Professional Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Customer and Product Implementation configuration, including Specright and Salesforce. You will also work hand in hand with the Director of Professional Services and the Implementation Engineering Manager. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Software Engineering. In this role, you will get the chance to work with customers such as Johnson & Johnson, P&G, and Caterpillar.
This role is 100% remote and based in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Configure Salesforce features, including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and security settings
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools
- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data management tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation
- Support deployment processes using tools such as Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce
- Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets)
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Be an active learner
- Highly accountable & attention to detail
- Time management with respect to managing multiple projects at once
- Ability to provide technical solutions for medium to high complexity projects
