🚀 Implementation Consultant | SaaS | £40,000 | Remote UK
I'm working with a growing technology consultancy looking to hire an Implementation Consultant to join their UK team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–4 years' experience across SaaS implementation, business analysis, professional services, or solutions consulting who enjoys understanding how businesses operate and using technology to improve their processes.
💷 Salary: Circa £40,000
🏠 Location: Predominantly remote (UK)
📍 Travel: Occasional London travel
🚫 Sponsorship: Not available
What you'll be doing:
- Leading client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
- Understanding existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Translating requirements into scalable workflows and system solutions
- Configuring workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting
- Managing multiple client implementations
- Supporting UAT, testing, and go-live
- Delivering customer onboarding and user training
- Building strong relationships with client stakeholders

What we're looking for: Ideally, you'll have experience within SaaS Implementation, Implementation Consulting, Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, or Professional Services. Experience with monday.com is highly desirable but NOT essential. We're equally interested in people who have implemented or configured platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar SaaS/CRM/workflow platforms.

The most important thing is that you can understand a client's business requirements, translate them into a practical solution, and confidently manage customers throughout an implementation. Experience with APIs, SQL, data migration, process mapping, or workflow automation would also be advantageous.
