Elior Support Services – The People Behind Every Plate
We’re looking for an Implementation Coordinator to join our UK Technology team, supporting the delivery of technology projects and site mobilisations across our Regional B&I, Stadia, Concessions and Universities businesses.
This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll work closely with Operations, Technology teams, clients, suppliers and third-party partners to make sure technology is delivered, implemented and ready to support sites from day one.
Please note: This role is based in Macclesfield, with travel to Elior UK sites required approximately 60% of the time.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 9am - 5:30pm | Hybrid Working

What you’ll be serving up…
- Supporting the planning and delivery of technology projects and site mobilisations, from initial scope through to go-live and handover.
- Creating and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, costs, risks and key milestones.
- Coordinating technology supplies with vendors, including new equipment, redeployment and decommissioning of existing equipment.
- Supporting the implementation of technology at sites, including EPOS, payment solutions, mobile apps, customer communications and pre-launch training.
- Coordinating internal teams, clients and third-party suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Providing on-site support and escalation for high-profile Elior UK clients, sites and restaurants.
- Ensuring project documentation and technology handovers are completed so sites receive effective support following go-live.
- Gathering qualitative and quantitative information to support reports, bids and business cases.
- Identifying opportunities to improve our site mobilisation and technology implementation processes.

The ingredients you’ll bring…
- Experience in project administration, project support or implementation, ideally within a multi-site organisation.
- Experience of coordinating technology installations, implementations or services.
- A proven ability to work with a range of stakeholders and third-party technology partners to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Experience producing reports, business papers or project documentation.
- An understanding of EPOS, payment solutions and mobile applications.
- Basic knowledge of technology networking, such as Wi-Fi, LAN and VPN, would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with colleagues, clients, suppliers and site teams.
- A practical, proactive approach, with the ability to spot issues, manage risks and keep projects moving.
