Role Overview
We are currently working with a Birmingham-based insurance firm to resolve persistent issues in their policy processing workflow. As an Implementation Coordinator, you will focus on the specific points where their internal tools fail to connect. You will help our team identify manual workarounds that slow down their staff and assist in deploying the technical fixes that remove that operational drag. This is a fully remote role where your primary task is ensuring that the new routing rules and updated procedures we build actually work for the people using them.
About Tech Pipeline
- We focus on the seams between systems where data often goes bad.
- We fix broken approval chains and manual reconciliations.
- We do not produce abstract frameworks: we rebuild the routing rules and update the SOPs.
- Our team is fully remote and operates across various time zones to support our clients.
- We stay through the cutover and the first month of live operations to ensure the fix holds.
- We believe the software a company already owns is usually enough if it is configured correctly.
- Our goal is to leave a client once they are stable enough to run their systems without us.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Maintain the decision log so everyone understands why a specific fix was chosen.

What We Offer
- Full-time employment with a focus on project completion rather than endless maintenance.
- Competitive pay that reflects your skills and the demands of the role in today's market.
- A fully remote work arrangement that values your time and focus.
- Exposure to real-world operations and the chance to see your fixes go live.
- A culture that prioritizes clear communication over long, unnecessary meetings.
How We Work
- Our approach is built on clarity and documentation. We do not rely on verbal promises: we use written runbooks and decision logs to keep everyone aligned.
- You will provide weekly written updates instead of spending hours in status meetings.
- We value the satisfaction of finishing a job and seeing a process run smoothly.
- Once the Birmingham-based insurance firm is stable and their team can manage the new routing rules independently, we move on to the next problem.
- We leave when the work is done and the stale data is gone.
