Implementation Coordinator
The Implementation Coordinator role at Tech Pipeline exists to close the gap between a plan and a finished project. We are currently supporting a UK-based consultancy as they overhaul their internal project tracking and resource management systems. This position is about managing the messy details that usually stall a project: the manual reconciliations, the outdated routing rules, and the documentation that no longer matches how the team actually works. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from your own environment while staying closely connected to our project teams through clear, written communication.

What You Will Do
- Monitor the daily progress of system updates for our UK-based consultancy partner, ensuring every task has a clear owner.
- Maintain the project decision log to ensure that every change to a routing rule or SOP is recorded for future reference.
- Perform manual reconciliation of data during the migration phase to identify where records might be drifting.
- Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as new configurations are finalized by the technical team.
- Identify stale data in project backlogs and coordinate with team members to clean it up before it impacts the schedule.
- Help manage the cutover schedule, tracking each step as we move from the old system to the new one.
- Verify that the seams between different software tools are working as intended by reviewing basic logs and status reports.
- Draft weekly status updates that focus on what was fixed and what remains blocked, avoiding corporate fluff.

What You Bring

- Transferable experience from university projects, internships, or previous jobs where you had to manage a schedule or a list of requirements.
