About the Role

A British financial services firm is currently dealing with significant delays in their internal loan processing and account management systems. They have brought in Tech Pipeline to identify where their software is failing and to fix the manual workarounds that have become standard practice. We need an Implementation Coordinator to help us manage these changes and ensure the new workflows are stable. This is a fully remote position where you will work directly with our technical leads to track progress, update documentation, and verify that the fixes we implement actually work for the end users.

About Tech Pipeline

  • We fix the operational drag that happens when internal systems and teams stop communicating effectively.
  • Our team focuses on the seams between different software platforms where data often gets lost or corrupted.
  • We do not provide high-level advice or abstract strategies: we fix specific routing rules and broken approval chains.
  • We value plain English and clear ownership over corporate jargon and complex hierarchies.
  • Our goal is to leave a client once their processes are stable and their team can manage the new setup without our help.
  • We believe the tools a company already owns are usually sufficient if they are configured and maintained correctly.
  • We are a fully remote company that prioritizes written communication and finished tasks over long meetings.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor the decision log for each project phase to ensure every technical change is recorded and explained.
  • Review internal logs to identify where manual reconciliation is still occurring despite new automated rules.
  • Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect the real-time changes made to software configurations.
  • Assist during the cutover period by tracking small bugs and ensuring they are assigned to the right team member.
  • Collect feedback from users to identify any remaining workarounds that need to be addressed before we exit the project.
  • Help maintain the runbooks that clients will use to manage their systems after our engagement ends.
  • Organize the project backlog to make sure the most critical fixes for the British financial services firm are handled first.
  • Ensure that all project data is accurate and that stale data is removed from the systems we are updating.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Bring

  • Strong curiosity about how business software works and why it often breaks down in large organizations.
  • The ability to write clearly and concisely: you prefer a simple list of facts over a long, wordy explanation.
  • Basic familiarity with spreadsheet tools or database logic: you understand how information flows from one point to another.
  • A high level of organization: you enjoy keeping track of details and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Willingness to learn new software tools and configuration interfaces through hands-on practice.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote environment where you are expected to manage your own time and priorities.
  • Recent experience from university projects, internships, or entry-level roles where you had to coordinate multiple tasks.
  • An interest in operational efficiency and a desire to see how technical fixes solve real-world business problems.

What We Offer

  • A permanent, full-time role with a focus on practical problem solving rather than corporate maintenance.
  • The flexibility of a fully remote work schedule that respects your time outside of work.
  • Competitive pay that is attractive for an entry-level position in the project management and operations sector.
  • Exposure to complex technical environments and the chance to learn from experienced operations leads.
  • A workplace culture that values documentation and deep work rather than constant interruptions.
  • The satisfaction of completing specific projects and seeing the direct result of your work on a client's efficiency.

How We Work

Tech Pipeline is built on the idea that clear documentation is more valuable than a dozen status meetings. We use weekly written updates to keep everyone informed and we rely on our decision logs to understand why a choice was made months ago. When we work with a client like this British financial services firm, we do not aim to stay forever. We find the friction, we fix the routing rules, we update the SOPs, and then we hand over the keys. We expect everyone on the team to be a clear communicator who values getting to the root of a problem. If you enjoy figuring out why a process is slow and helping to make it fast again, you will fit in well here.
