π Implementation Engineer - AI x Real Estate - London (in-office) - Β£45k-Β£60k + Founding Equity π
Property still runs on spreadsheets, scribbles and "sorry, we missed your call." My client is building AI employees that handle the property transaction end to end, and agencies across the UK are already live on it, with early traction in the US. π° Backed by top-tier VCs, $6m+ raised.
Every agency they sign runs on a different setup. Different CRM, different phone system, different lead sources. Right now their product engineers keep getting pulled off building to deal with customer fires. They need the person who owns that.
You'll be their founding implementation engineer, the one who takes each new customer from signed contract to launch day

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll connect the product to whatever the agency runs on, triage bugs and find the root cause before anything reaches engineering, and be the first person customers turn to when something breaks. What you learn in the field goes straight back into the product.
π οΈ You'll love this if you:
- Write Python or TypeScript and are comfortable with APIs and webhooks
- Like fixing real problems for real people more than shipping features into the void
- Can explain a technical issue to a branch manager in plain English
- Keep several things moving at once without dropping any of them
- Are AI-native (Claude, Cursor) and turn repeat work into scripts, tools and docs
- Want a founding seat where you build how customers get deployed, from customer one to customer one hundred

Background is flexible. Junior engineer, CS grad who can really code, or a full-stack engineer who wants more customer exposure, all welcome. Customer-facing or ops experience is a bonus.
π In-office five days a week in London, with the odd trip to customer branches (mostly calls, nothing more than a few hours by train). It's fast and hands-on, and if you're optimising for predictable hours this one's not for you.
