Role Overview
Intelliscape, part of Modaxo Group, delivers intelligent transport systems used by UK local authorities to improve safety, reduce congestion, and support enforcement operations.
We're looking for an Implementation Engineer to take ownership of delivering tailored technology solutions, working closely with customers to configure, test, and implement innovative software and hardware systems.
This is a hybrid role based from our North Bristol office (at least three days a week onsite), with some travel to customer sites when projects or support work require it.
What You'll Do
You'll work closely with Project Managers, customers, internal technical teams, and external partners to ensure new systems, upgrades, and product changes are delivered accurately and to agreed customer requirements. You'll also provide second-line incident support, taking ownership of complex technical issues escalated by the Service Desk, from investigation through to resolution, keeping stakeholders informed along the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Configuring, implementing, and testing software and hardware solutions
- Supporting Project Managers through the delivery lifecycle and flagging risks
- Preparing systems for deployment, ensuring they're tested and documented
- Providing second-line support, investigating faults, and driving issues to resolution
- Attending customer sites for implementation, testing, and training
- Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to process improvement
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a technical, engineering, or systems integration environment, with hands-on work configuring, implementing, supporting, or testing software and hardware
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to juggle changing priorities
- Sharp attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence with willingness to travel to customer sites

Experience with CCTV, ANPR, traffic enforcement, or intelligent transport systems is a bonus, as is background in customer-facing delivery, second-line support, or ticket and incident management.
