Role & Responsibilities
As an Implementation Engineer at DigitalGenius, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of our AI-powered solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
reporting into the Implementations Team, you’ll collaborate closely with Commercial and Customer Success teams to onboard customers onto the DigitalGenius Platform within weeks.
- Build and configure automation flows within the DigitalGenius platform to deliver the client’s first live use case.
- Fine-tune AI behaviour and logic based on real-time customer interactions and feedback during the implementation phase.
- Integrate the platform with third-party customer service tools (e.g. Dixa, Zendesk, Salesforce) via APIs and webhooks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor our solutions to align with their business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower customers to utilize our platform effectively.
- Monitor implementation progress and ensure projects are delivered to schedule.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during implementation.
- Continuously gather customer feedback to refine our implementation processes and improve offerings.

Location: Remote (EU-based) Working Hours: UK business time (GMT/BST)
Requirements
Essential:
- 2+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions engineering, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Coding experience in Node.js and Python.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with strong ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.

- Experience in the e-commerce or AI industry.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and helpdesk systems.
