IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER

Dwellant
Competitive
Home Based

Role Overview

You will be the technical engine behind successful customer go-lives, configuring Dwellant to fit each client’s environment and integrating it with their existing systems. Working closely with implementation managers, product and support, you will translate client requirements into robust solutions that are reliable, secure and scalable.

From migrating complex datasets to setting up integrations and building tailored reports, you will turn business needs into working, measurable outcomes. This role suits someone who loves solving problems with data and systems and can explain technical detail clearly to non-technical clients.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Most days, you will be hands-on with data migration, configuration, integration setup and testing, while fielding technical questions from clients and colleagues. You’ll collaborate across teams, document your work clearly, and keep projects moving by proactively unblocking issues and communicating progress.

What Success Looks Like

  • Customers go live on time with accurate data, stable integrations and the reports they need to run their business.
  • Technical requirements are clarified early, documented clearly and delivered without surprises.
  • Data migrations are repeatable, validated and fully traceable, with minimal rework post go-live.
  • Integrations are secure, monitored and resilient, with clear ownership and support pathways.
  • Clients feel confident because you communicate proactively, explain trade-offs clearly and resolve issues quickly.
  • You contribute reusable scripts, templates and playbooks that raise the bar for future implementations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
