Skills And Competencies
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably within a Software as a Service environment, delivering implementation and integration solutions
- Strong understanding of application programming interfaces, including REST and SOAP standards, to support client integrations and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of cloud-based applications and services, with the ability to advise clients on integration best practices and solution design
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business and technical requirements and recommend effective solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and actionable guidance
- Experience providing technical training, workshops, or knowledge transfer sessions to clients, administrators, or development teams
- Fluency in English is required; additional language capabilities are preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

Education
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, or a related technical discipline
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to successfully implement and integrate solutions through expert advisory services and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with project managers, customer success managers, product consultants, and clients to gather requirements and recommend solutions that meet business needs
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on application programming interface capabilities, integration approaches, and implementation best practices
- Support clients throughout implementation projects by diagnosing and resolving integration issues and technical challenges
- Participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing activities to ensure successful solution deployment
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to client administrators and integration development teams
- Maintain accurate project information using internal systems for issue tracking, project management, time reporting, and enhancement requests
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, troubleshooting materials, and how-to resources to enhance the knowledge base
- Partner with product development teams to provide client feedback, support product enhancements, and stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements
