Implementation Lead

Join Stellar Omada's product team as Implementation Lead, a critical client-facing role responsible for landing, embedding and driving adoption of Stellar Aurora across enterprise client estates. Aurora is our AI-driven platform built to automate enterprise testing, combining AI-assisted automation with intelligent test generation so teams can create automated test scripts without needing coding expertise.

The role combines technical deployment leadership, client enablement and pre-sales engineering.

You will work directly with client technical teams to guide installation, whether SaaS or self-hosted, upskill client teams on product capabilities, and manage deployment capacity across multiple concurrent accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client technical onboarding, working with client and internal DevOps teams to land Aurora on client estates, for example navigating Azure and AWS setup complexities or self-hosted environments.
  • Maintain deep operational mastery of product capabilities to answer technical queries, deliver tailored use-case demonstrations and solve client operational challenges.
  • Train and enable client BA, QA and engineering teams, supported by internal practice resources, to ensure rapid platform adoption and ROI.
  • Conduct pre-sales technical engagements following initial sales introductions, running proofs of concept, presenting use-case value and driving deals through to implementation.
  • Manage implementation schedules, client timelines and resource allocation across up to five concurrent client deployments.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong background in B2B client delivery, software implementation or pre-sales solutions engineering.
  • Solid grounding in business analysis (BA) and quality assurance (QA) practices.
  • Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS), enterprise network configurations (firewalls, VPNs) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium) and application lifecycle management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, Zephyr).
  • Experience onboarding AI-assisted developer or testing tools into enterprise financial or public sector environments.
  • Project management certification: PRINCE2, AgilePM or PMP.

This is a permanent role, open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
