Who Is Atominvest

Atominvest is the operating system for modern private markets asset managers. Our modular, flexible SaaS technology underpins key investor- and portfolio-management workflows.

Our customers are sophisticated private equity, growth equity, and private credit firms managing billions in assets globally. We aim to deliver ongoing high-quality outcomes for them through a long-term partnership mindset.

At Atominvest, you’ll be working on something very exciting: the future of work, investments and sustainability/ ethical investing for the world’s best investors and delivering a positive impact through this. Based on the growth we are experiencing, we think we’re on to something big.

It won’t be easy. Joining a scale-up business is an amazing and rewarding challenge, pushing well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles. You’ll move quicker than feels comfortable and be brilliant at continually re-prioritizing what must get done to keep Atominvest growing year over year at the pace of the best SaaS companies on the planet.

We’ve gone from zero to ten, now we’re looking to go from ten to one hundred!

Role Overview

As an Implementation Manager at Atominvest, you will own the end-to-end delivery of our platform for some of the world's most sophisticated alternative investment managers, and act as their day-to-day contact and the face of Atominvest throughout. White-glove service is part of our competitive edge — clients trust one person to understand their business, solve their technical problems, and be accountable end-to-end. To do that credibly, you need to be hands-on and technical — as comfortable mapping a client's data model and scoping an API integration as you are running discovery workshops or presenting to a C-suite sponsor.

You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations from first workshop to go-live, designing the implementation plan itself rather than just executing someone else's. Delivery and technical substance are what earn you the trust to be the face of the account — not the reverse. You'll work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure client outcomes are delivered to the highest standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the full client lifecycle: discovery, solution design, configuration, data migration, integrations, UAT, training, go-live, and post-deployment success
  • Act as the client's single day-to-day point of contact and the face of Atominvest — the credibility to hold that position comes from actually knowing the platform, the data, and the plan in detail
  • Run structured discovery workshops to translate a client's fund structures, data model, and reporting requirements into a concrete implementation plan and platform configuration
  • Design and advise on implementation plans — sequencing, dependencies, resourcing, and technical approach — rather than simply executing a pre-set template
  • Work with Product and Engineering to scope and discuss integrations with client technical teams (APIs, SFTP, data feeds), defining what's feasible and what the client needs to build or provide
  • Lead structured implementation programmes for enterprise clients, managing complex timelines, dependencies, and senior stakeholder expectations
  • Analyse client datasets, fund structures, and workflows to design and configure optimal platform solutions
  • Run executive business reviews with C-level contacts alongside Account Managers, distinct from technical discovery sessions, to align on progress and value delivered
  • Proactively manage risks and customer health
  • Partner with Product to manage change and operational risk during feature deployments — coordinating rollouts, communicating impact to clients, and ensuring new functionality lands smoothly within live production environments
  • Act as the bridge between clients and the product roadmap — gathering structured feedback, influencing prioritisation, and owning delivery of new features to your client base
  • Deliver consistently high-quality, responsive, white-glove support — treating every client issue with ownership and clear judgment
  • Build genuine trust with client stakeholders at all levels, throughout the implementation and beyond — not just at renewal
  • Identify expansion opportunities by understanding clients' broader operating models and strategic goals

Requirements

  • 3–6 years leading enterprise B2B SaaS implementations end-to-end, ideally within financial services or asset management — you've personally configured the platform, run the data migration, and solved the technical problems, not just coordinated the project plan and chased other people's tasks
  • Strong working knowledge of private markets — you can hold your own in a conversation about waterfalls, capital calls, or LP reporting requirements without translation
  • Genuinely hands-on and technical: comfortable working with APIs, data mapping, and integration concepts, and confident scoping technical requirements directly with a client's IT or data team
  • Proven experience running discovery workshops that produce a concrete implementation plan — not just a requirements document
  • Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and comfort reconciling and migrating complex client datasets
  • Exceptional project management instincts — you track every dependency, own every deadline, and communicate proactively when things shift
  • A natural relationship-builder who's comfortable being the day-to-day face of a vendor to a demanding, sophisticated client — you read a room, adapt your style to a CFO or a data analyst, and can challenge and guide senior stakeholders with confidence
  • Delivery substance first: this isn't a role where charm and responsiveness alone can carry you — clients trust you because you know their data and their platform inside out, and the relationship is built on that
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive with autonomy, move quickly, and bring solutions not problems
  • Bonus: formal PM methodology (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.); prior experience with fund administration, PE/VC operations, or portfolio monitoring tools
