Referment is working with a London-based B2B fintech SaaS company whose platform automates accounts receivable for enterprise finance teams — collections, payments and reconciliation — and connects with the ERP systems those businesses already run. As the enterprise customer base grows, they are expanding the customer success team that delivers every onboarding.

The Role

You will be the technical bridge between enterprise customers and the product, owning multiple large-scale onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live. Clients arrive with complex ERP environments — typically NetSuite, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics — and your job is to understand how their billing and collections processes actually work, map the technical requirements, and own the implementation so the platform fits their real operations rather than the ones described in a discovery call.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Day to day, you operate as a hands-on project manager: coordinating sales, product, engineering and customer success colleagues, unblocking issues, documenting progress and keeping everyone aligned, with the aim of getting customers live as quickly and smoothly as possible. You will act as the go-to expert on how the platform integrates with ERPs, translate customer needs into actionable tasks, and develop an onboarding progress tool that tracks tasks and milestones for both sides. Client-facing meetings run across all levels, from operational teams to executives.

What We're Looking For

  • Six or more years in a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, Technical Consultant or Business Analyst role
  • A solid understanding of APIs, data mapping and integration patterns
  • Comfortable in client-facing situations, including with senior stakeholders
  • Able to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Strong organisational skills and a bias toward action
  • Hands-on ERP experience, especially NetSuite or SAP, is a bonus
