We are Vitesse – the treasury and payment partner of choice for insurance.

Your next adventure awaits!

Join the team who are redefining the payments space.

About Us

At Vitesse, we're more than just a payments platform – we're the trusted financial infrastructure connecting the global insurance ecosystem. Tailor-made for insurers, brokers, MGAs, and TPAs, our unified platform optimises claims funds, enables real-time global payments, and delivers full financial control. Our impact is real: over $20 billion in payments across 200+ countries, hundreds of millions returned to insurers’ balance sheets, and counting. We’re licensed in the UK (FCA), Europe (DNB), and New York (NYDFS), with over 260 amazing colleagues worldwide. With $93 million recently raised in Series C funding from KKR, our journey is just beginning, and our ambitions are sky-high.

Headquartered in the heart of London and expanding across Europe and the US, Vitesse is where your ideas power tomorrow’s insurance solutions. Are you ready to make a difference? You're in the right place.

The Role

Vitesse is looking for an organised, adaptable and technically minded Solutions Manager to support the implementation and integration of third-party insurance systems into the Vitesse ecosystem.

Working within the Solutions team, you will help deliver client and partner implementations, supporting the integration of insurance claims platforms and related systems with Vitesse's payment processing platform. You will work closely with clients, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Business Development teams to ensure implementations are delivered efficiently and successfully.

Following the pre-sales process, you will take ownership of the implementation lifecycle, working with clients to understand their business processes, technical requirements and integration needs. You'll help translate solution designs into successful implementations, coordinating stakeholders through discovery, onboarding, testing, go-live and handover to Customer Success.

This role would suit someone with a few years of professional experience who enjoys solving problems, understanding how systems connect, and working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, processes evolve and no two implementations are quite the same. You don't need to be an expert in payments or insurance from day one, but you should be excited by the opportunity to learn both domains and become a trusted member of a growing implementation function.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end implementation projects for insurance clients integrating with the Vitesse platform.
  • Work with clients, third-party technology providers and implementation partners to understand business processes, system architecture and integration requirements.
  • Support technical discovery activities by gathering requirements, documenting business processes and mapping client needs to Vitesse products and capabilities.
  • Assist with the onboarding of insurance claims platforms and related systems into the Vitesse ecosystem.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across internal and client teams, ensuring actions, dependencies and milestones remain on track.
  • Develop high-level implementation plans, clearly documenting responsibilities, deliverables and success criteria.
  • Maintain implementation documentation and project artefacts, including project plans, risk and issue logs, implementation trackers and status reporting.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the payment presentation methods offered by Vitesse, including APIs, batch processing and other connectivity solutions.
  • Work with client technical teams to support RESTful API integrations, including authentication methods, API payload mapping, webhook configuration, event-driven workflows, integration testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliable, secure and accurate data exchange between client systems and the Vitesse platform.
  • Support clients through testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), onboarding and go-live, helping to identify, troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues.
  • Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams to resolve implementation challenges, improve delivery processes and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Support the transition of successfully implemented clients into Customer Success, ensuring a smooth operational handover.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of implementation playbooks, reusable documentation, templates and best practices.
  • Develop a working understanding of the insurance ecosystem, including claims processes and the broader operating environments in which our clients operate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
