About SimplifyVMS

SimplifyVMS is an AI-first Vendor Management System (VMS) transforming contingent workforce management through intelligent automation, AI-powered workflows, and enterprise orchestration. Our modern platform enables organizations to manage their global contingent workforce while seamlessly integrating with leading HR, ERP, procurement, and identity systems. At SimplifyVMS, AI isn't just part of our product—it's how we work, innovate, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead successful implementations of the SimplifyVMS platform for enterprise clients across the UK and global markets. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong consulting, project management, and solution design skills.

You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their contingent workforce processes, implementation requirements, and compliance needs, translating business requirements into functional specifications for our product and engineering teams. You will own the implementation lifecycle from discovery through go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience implementing Vendor Management Systems (VMS), understands contingent workforce best practices and regulatory requirements, and thrives in an AI-first environment where modern AI tools are used to accelerate delivery, documentation, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SimplifyVMS implementations for enterprise clients.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to understand client business processes, contingent workforce programs, and implementation requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed configuration specifications for the product and engineering teams.
  • Manage implementation timelines, project plans, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Integrations, and Customer Success to ensure successful delivery.
  • Work closely with offshore implementation and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Validate platform configuration and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and production go-live.
  • Assist with solution demonstrations, discovery workshops, and technical discussions during the sales cycle.
  • Recommend best practices and innovative solutions to optimize clients' contingent workforce programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance implementation methodologies and customer experience.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, project management, solution design, and customer communications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
