Uptick Overview

Uptick is the premium software built for the fire protection industry. More than 1,200 companies worldwide run their day on Uptick, using it to inspect, maintain, and protect over 3 million buildings and 40 million pieces of fire & life safety equipment across Australia, the UK and Ireland, and North America.

More than 22,000 people open Uptick first thing in the morning and work in it all day, so we make it fast, intuitive, and reliable, and we back it with a customer team that knows the industry inside out.

You will join a fast-paced, dog-friendly scaleup, working alongside people who care about the work and each other.

The Opportunity

We're opening up new European markets, and we're looking for the first Implementation Manager dedicated to DACH. You'll onboard and upskill on our product working closely with our UK Implementation team, then quickly become the go-to person for German-speaking customers.

As the region grows, we expect this role to grow into regional leadership. Several people on our current implementation team have already made that move internally. This role requires fluent German in addition to English, plus regular travel to DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You'll be based in London, with relocation offered for the right candidate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
