The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Implementation Specialist to lead our customers through the critical transition phase. You will be their guide, system architect, and product trainer rolled into one.

What You’ll Do
- Project & Relationship Management: Lead implementations from kickoff to go-live, building trust and guiding customers through the uncertainty of adopting a new system.
- Data Migration: Collate, clean, and import customer data using your advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- System Configuration: Tailor customer workspaces to perfectly fit their internal workflows and industry compliance needs.
- Product Training: Train teams to use Uptick effectively, driving strong adoption right out of the gate.

What You Bring to the Table
- Language: Fluent/Native Dutch speaking and writing skills.
- Experience: Previous SaaS implementation or onboarding experience, ideally within a startup or scaleup environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong data skills, technologically adept, and highly confident in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Mindset: A solutions-consulting approach. You are organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to apply systems thinking to complex problems.
