More than 22,000 people open Uptick first thing in the morning and work in it all day, so we make it fast, intuitive, and reliable, and we back it with a customer team that knows the industry inside out.

You will join a fast-paced, dog-friendly scaleup, working alongside people who care about the work and each other.

What you will own

  • Data migration. Support customers with the collation, extraction, cleansing, and import of their data into Uptick using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • System configuration. Configure customer workspaces to suit their internal workflows and industry requirements.
  • Product training. Train the customer's team to use Uptick in their daily roles, driving strong adoption across our core modules in the critical phase after go live.
  • Project management. Deliver implementation projects on time, keeping momentum so customers have the best chance of adopting Uptick successfully.
  • Data and systems. Keep our internal systems up to date with key project dates, notes, and information for reporting and continuity.
  • Relationship management. Build strong relationships with customers and lead them through the uncertainty of a new system with confidence.

  • You take around two to three customers live each month.
  • You onboard roughly A$70,000 to A$100,000 of ARR each month.
  • You keep median time in onboarding to 80 to 90 days.
  • Your live customers reach an average health score above 60 within a week of go live.

What you will bring

  • Experience in SaaS implementation or onboarding, ideally in a startup or scaleup.
  • Strong data skills and confidence in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • A solutions consulting mindset, technically precise and technologically adept.
  • The ability to prioritise, track, and report on the status of your implementations.
  • Curiosity and the drive to become an Uptick product expert, plus agility, resilience, and attention to detail.
