Implementation Manager
Location: UK Work Environment: Hybrid
Role Summary
We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Implementation Manager with deep expertise in risk management to join our team. This role will lead complex enterprise deployments of Exiger’s cutting-edge SaaS platforms, helping clients operationalize supply chain risk management at scale. You'll serve as a subject matter expert and act as a trusted partner to global organizations, enabling them to visualize, assess, and mitigate risks across their extended supply networks.
What You’ll Do
- Lead strategic, client-facing implementations of Exiger’s risk intelligence platforms for large enterprise clients across industries
- Guide clients through onboarding, configuration, and go-live processes, ensuring seamless rollout and rapid time-to-value
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Client Services teams to translate client objectives into actionable implementation strategies
- Act as a process expert—translating client needs into platform design decisions and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop and deliver supply chain risk frameworks that align with client-specific compliance, resilience, and ESG goals
- Support team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with best practices in Implementation and supply chain risk
- Document and continuously improve internal processes to streamline future implementations and enhance client satisfaction
- Act as a feedback loop between clients and internal teams to inform platform enhancements based on real-world use cases and risk scenarios

What You Need
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, process optimization, and enterprise technology implementation
- Proven experience in applying data-driven approaches to risk management and mitigation
- Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, risk assessment, and lifecycle management
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional implementations with external stakeholders in high-stakes environments
- Ability to synthesize complex supply chain data and turn it into actionable insights for clients
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and tools like Salesforce, SAP, or other ERP plus project management systems
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, Supply Chain certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP), or engineering background a strong plus
