Gravitee is a 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ Leader, on a mission to govern the world’s intelligence.

We deliver the industry’s most advanced platform for Any API, Any Event, and Any AI Agent, trusted by global leaders like Michelin, Roche, and Blue Yonder.

Why join us?

  • The Mission: We are the first to bridge traditional API Management with the new frontier of AI Agent Security
  • The Momentum: A high-growth Leader - combining market credibility with startup speed
  • The DNA: We hire people who Hold Nothing Back - passionate builders who want to redefine digital infrastructure

Don’t just watch the AI revolution. Build the infrastructure that controls and secures it.

The Role

AI is reshaping how organizations build, ship, and scale digital products and APIs are the connective tissue that makes it possible.

As a Implementation Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping every customer onboarding and Professional Services (PS) engagement from signature to go-live sign-off: the plan, the milestones, the acceptance, and the moment we can invoice.

That includes the work our own engineers deliver and the work our certified partners deliver on our behalf. You will need to make sure that what we sold is what gets delivered, that it is finished when we say it is finished, and that nobody discovers a slipped date three months after it slipped.

What You’ll Be Doing

At Gravitee, impact isn’t abstract, it’s visible. In this role, you will:

  • Build and Own the Plan: Translate the purchased package / SOW and the customer's constraints into a milestone plan with named prerequisites, dates and owners, get the customer to agree it before work starts, and book the engineers and partner resources it depends on.
  • Own the Engagement End to End: Run each onboarding and each paid PS package against that plan and a 180-day go-live target, including engagements delivered by partners, holding the single source of truth on status rather than relaying on people's versions of it.
  • Own Acceptance and the Billing Trigger: Drive milestone acceptance against the written package definition, secure customer sign-off, and release the invoice and the associated commission.
  • Control Scope and Change: Hold the line on what the package / SOW includes, and convert anything outside it into a priced change request rather than absorbing it.
  • Remove What Stalls Delivery: Chase customer prerequisites, environments and access, and escalate where a customer dependency is not met rather than letting a date quietly move.
  • Hold Partners to the Standard: Enforce named certified staff, continuity cover and reporting into our systems, escalate inside the partner first, and invoke our right to substitute when a milestone is missed.
  • Lead the Customer Through Onboarding: Lead onboarding workshops and post-sales review sessions, working alongside the Technical Account Manager who provides the architecture guidance.
  • Hand Over Cleanly: Transition the account to the Account Managers at go-live with the architecture decisions, open risks and outstanding items documented, so nothing has to be rediscovered three months later.
  • Build the Delivery Picture: Own professional services forecasting, backlog and utilisation, and the weekly status that feeds our customer health reporting, giving the business a view of what has been sold, what is being delivered, and when.
  • Values Advocacy: Ensure customer interactions and delivery patterns live and breathe Gravitee core values: Passion, Hold Nothing Back, and Professionalism.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Essential Skills

  • London hybrid working: You must be able to work from our London office 2 days per week.
  • French: Professional working proficiency in french is required for this role, as you will support French customers across the EMESA South region.
  • Track Record: Five or more years running enterprise software implementations in a vendor-side professional services, delivery or onboarding function, including experience directing people you do not line manage.
  • Delivery Ownership at Volume: Proven experience running a substantial portfolio of concurrent enterprise implementations, with a strong prioritisation discipline.
  • Third-Party Delivery Management: Demonstrated success holding systems integrators or subcontractors to a delivery standard, including acceptance evidence, continuity planning and escalation when a partner slips.
  • Commercial Literacy: Confident with milestone-based invoicing, acceptance criteria, change control and statement of work structure, and an understanding of how milestone acceptance evidence supports revenue recognition, so the paperwork is right the first time. You understand that a deliverable that cannot be signed off is revenue that cannot be recognised.
  • Technical Fluency Without Technical Ownership: Enough command of enterprise software delivery, cloud and on-premise deployment, and integration projects to challenge a plan, judge whether a risk is real, and earn credibility with engineers, without ever taking the technical decision yourself.
  • Customer Authority: Exceptional ability to hold a difficult conversation with a customer sponsor about a dependency they have not met, and to do it in a way that protects the relationship.
  • Systems Discipline: Fluent in project tracking and CRM tooling, and the kind of person who keeps a record current because they understand that an out-of-date status is worse than none.
  • Urgency & Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to navigate high-stakes, ambiguous client situations with intense focus, professional clarity, and rapid execution.
