Technical Delivery / Implementation Manager – ManageEngine

We're looking for a Technical Delivery / Implementation Manager to lead the internal delivery of a ManageEngine tooling uplift, coordinating client deployment, integrations, patching, and business requirements across a large and complex estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ManageEngine client/agent deployment across a non-standardised estate
  • Coordinate 10–15 integrations with systems including SailPoint, Active Directory, and Rapid7
  • Drive outstanding business requirements, including approver lists and workflow definitions
  • Coordinate patching across ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Satellite, Intune, and Ivanti
  • Manage technical dependencies, risks, and delivery blockers
  • Track delivery against Phase 2 scope, including asset inventory, ITAM, and incident/change workflow improvements
  • Coordinate internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and ManageEngine

  • Strong Technical Delivery Manager / Implementation Manager background
  • Experience delivering enterprise tooling implementations or rollouts
  • Experience working across large, complex, or non-standardised IT estates
  • Solid understanding of endpoint/client deployment, integrations, and patch management
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to drive technical teams and requirements
  • ManageEngine experience highly desirable
  • Exposure to Intune, Ivanti, SailPoint, Rapid7, Active Directory, or Satellite beneficial
