Implementation Manager / Release Manager
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager / Release Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of application implementations and production releases across critical banking platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development, QA, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments while maintaining compliance with banking regulations and change management standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end software releases across multiple banking applications.
- Own the release calendar and ensure alignment across development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Lead implementation activities for production deployments, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Coordinate release readiness reviews, go/no-go meetings, and post-implementation validation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT implementation, release management, or production deployment.
- 3+ years of experience within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience managing enterprise-level application releases.
- Knowledge of ITIL Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent releases in a fast-paced environment.
