Job Title: Project Manager (AEP)

Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 6 months contract initially

Max. Budget: £165k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £864 per day Inside IR35

The Opportunity:

Working within Client’s Professional Services, the Project Manager will work directly with our customers and system integration partners to initiate and lead their digital marketing and transformation projects using the Client’s Marketing and Commerce Solutions.

  • Working at multiple levels with the customer, you will evaluate the proposed solution, assess risks, confirm requirements, manage scope, and work on team staffing.
  • You will coordinate and lead all aspects of project delivery from initiation through planning, delivering, monitoring to closing.
  • Aid customers in improving client’s solutions by understanding their challenges and crafting innovative, measurable solutions.
  • The role covers the UK&I, Middle East & Africa and is primarily UK based.
  • You should be able and willing to travel 30-60% of work time and work from the client’s London office around 3 days per week.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead teams in scoping activities to identify, gather and analyze requirements, define key business drivers and define an effective and innovative solution
  • Management of end-to-end project life cycle: effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring and execution (including risks management, budget, timeline and others) and related reporting
  • Management of project resourcing and commercials including forecasting, time management and invoicing
  • Project communication to client and/or partner and internally within client
  • Accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to quality standards
  • Customer focus and results driven - help customer to succeed in their digital transformation journey by providing mentorship, industry leading practices and advice on Client’s Marketing and Commerce Solutions
  • Work with other client’s teams to provide customer with the One Client experience
  • Active participation in PMO practice development

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong foundational project management skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor (or mixed vendor / customer background)
  • Demonstrated project management experience with experience in Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions
  • Ideally experience in implementing Adobe solutions (e.g. AEM, AEP, Campaign, Commerce)
  • Ability to handle large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects
  • Outstanding at problem-solving, with expertise in risk management, prioritization, and delivering presentations up to the Executive level within an organization.
  • Experience in delivering projects using an agile methodology, e.g. SCRUM
  • A professional project management qualification & business consulting background
  • Ability to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones & full fluency in English. Other European languages is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years project management experience in the industry.
