A successful, growing legal software consultancy in London has an opportunity for an Implementation Project Manager (UK and APAC customers) to join on a permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to manage implementation projects in a customer-facing environment and support continuous improvement of project methodologies.
Main Duties:
- Managing project resources, schedules, and budgets.
- Managing the full project lifecycle including planning, governance, and closure.
- Coordinating stakeholders and technical consultants.
- Identifying risks, escalating early, and maintaining customer confidence.
- Challenging unrealistic expectations and overseeing changes.
- Leading project meetings and providing status reporting.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with UK and APAC customers.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience working for a law firm or a business serving legal clients.
- Strong knowledge of legal document management and information governance.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to juggle a busy workload and manage concurrent projects.
- Relevant project management qualification or demonstrable experience.
