Project Manager - Implementation
Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office)
Full Time Opportunity
I'm working with a well-established software company that's looking to hire an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join their growing team.
This is a client-facing role where you'll lead multiple SaaS implementation projects, working closely with customers from project kick-off through to go-live. You'll collaborate with Product, Development, Customer Success and Support teams to ensure successful delivery and a great customer experience.

What you'll be doing
- Managing end-to-end SaaS implementation projects.
- Building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Coordinating internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Leading project meetings and providing regular stakeholder updates.
- Supporting testing, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
What we're looking for / Must Have
- Experience working with travel technology, tour operators, or other travel software providers.
- Experience managing customer-facing SaaS software implementation projects.
- A proven track record of delivering multiple software implementations from kick-off through to go-live.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a software environment.
- A structured approach to planning, risk management, and project delivery.

Nice to Have
- PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
