Implementation Project Manager – New Sites

Location: Croydon, UK (2 days in office, site travel may be required)
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

The Role

Hozah is an award-winning, VC-backed company transforming parking into a seamless, automated experience. Every new car park we sign needs to be turned into a live, revenue-generating site – and that’s your job, end to end.

You’ll take each site from signed contract to fully operational: understanding what the client really needs, designing a scheme that works commercially and on the ground, then orchestrating contractors, connectivity, signage, and configuration until it’s live and right. Our sites mix software with the real world – ANPR cameras, networks, payments – but you don’t need to be an engineer: our TechOps team owns the deep technical work. Your craft is turning ambiguity into a plan, and a plan into a working site.

You won’t know everything, and we don’t expect you to. You’ll have product experts, TechOps engineers, an Estate Manager, and trusted contractors to lean on as much as you like. We just expect you to think each site through, ask the right questions, chase the answers, and own the outcome.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding of new car park sites, the single point of accountability for every launch.
  • Run client discovery, desktop and physical site surveys to understand the client’s needs, the site’s physical reality, and what’s commercially viable.
  • Design the car park installation scheme – deciding what we’ll actually do at each site across the physical, virtual, and technical realms (cameras, connectivity, tariffs, enforcement rules, signage, permits) – utilising internal and external experts.
  • Build and drive the project plan across all workstreams, managing dependencies and sequencing so nothing stalls.
  • Collaborate widely, chase, unblock, and escalate early when needed – without letting go of ownership.
  • Procure equipment and signage, obtain quotes, and manage contractors – validating their work against your spec.
  • Coordinate configuration with TechOps and ensure every site passes technical sign-off before launch.
  • Test each site the way a real motorist, client, or tenant would use it; monitor post-launch data and resolve issues before enforcement switches on.
  • Sceptical of 'done': you don't trust a green status – you walk the whole chain before calling anything finished and hand complete, accurate site records over into business-as-usual.
  • Run wider projects: estate migrations onto our platform and signage/compliance programmes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
