About Busy Bees

Busy Bees Nurseries is the UK’s largest and leading early years education provider and the third largest globally, with over 1000 centres and growing. Since 1983, we’ve built a reputation for our award-winning culture and excellence in early years care and education.

As part of an exciting business transformation, we're introducing a new Managed Service Provider (MSP) model across our UK estate.

We're looking for an experienced Implementation & Service Delivery Manager to lead the successful rollout of this strategic programme across more than 220 nurseries, before taking ownership of the ongoing supplier relationship and service delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering one of Busy Bees key operational transformation projects, working closely with operational teams, support functions, and our external MSP partner to ensure a seamless implementation and exceptional ongoing service.

About the Role

As the Implementation & Service Delivery Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of the MSP implementation programme across our nursery network. You'll be responsible for ensuring each nursery is fully prepared for transition, coordinating implementation activities, managing stakeholder engagement, and acting as the primary interface between Busy Bees and our MSP partner.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
