Implementation Service Lead

Hybrid role with UK travel
12 month contract
37.5 hours per week

At Voyage Care, we support people to live life their way. Behind every great service is a strong support function — and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for an Implementation Service Lead to help us deliver meaningful, positive change across our services as we introduce a new HR, Payroll and Workforce Management system. This is a rewarding, people‑focused role where your work will directly support our colleagues who provide care and support every day.

What you’ll be doing

As an Implementation Service Lead, you’ll work closely with services and key stakeholders to make sure they feel supported, listened to and confident throughout the implementation journey.

Reporting to the Implementation Manager and working alongside the wider project team, you’ll be the friendly, visible face of change — spending time in services, building relationships, delivering training and helping teams understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how it supports the people we care for.

This is a hands-on role that involves regular travel across the UK, including overnight stays and some out-of-hours work to support our 24/7 services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
