Role: Implementation Specialist (Professional Services - HealthTech)
Location: Predominantly Remote (Occasional team meetings in Bath)
Salary: up to £40,000
Are you a customer-focused software professional with a passion for modernising healthcare delivery?
We are partnered with an established, mission-driven HealthTech provider whose clinical software platforms directly support healthcare teams and patient outcomes across the UK.
Due to expansion across their Professional Services function, they are looking for an Implementation Specialist to take ownership of customer onboarding, solution configuration, and deployment. The role is predominantly remote, with occasional travel to Bath for team collaboration days.
In this customer-facing role, you will act as the trusted technical and delivery partner from pre-sales technical scoping through to system configuration, deployment, and operational handover.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
