Collaborate with Business Solutions Consultants for smooth transitions and guide clients on data extracts for third-party API use. Track progress, understand product development, and participate in UAT activities. Maintain industry knowledge.

Job Description
Lead professional services engagements with clients and partners on the Lone Wolf platform suite. Function as a system expert to onboard clients and complete projects on-time and within budget. Develop strong business partnerships through needs assessment and detailed project planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement coordinated project plans for client implementations, conversions, and professional services.
- Provide product training, pre-sales, post-sales activities, and escalated application support.
- Perform needs assessments and requirements gathering.
- Provide regular status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks.
- Work with key client leads on software configuration expertise.
- Consult agencies on best practices using Lone Wolf software knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Business Solutions Consultant team for smooth transitions.
- Guide clients on data extracts for third-party API utilization.
- Track project progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant implementations.
- Maintain understanding of product development, vision, and Lone Wolf direction.
- Participate in internal UAT activities as required.
- Stay informed on real estate industry trends.

Requirements/Skills/Qualifications
Education: Degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Skills: Exceptional project planning, ability to multi-task, proven track record in training, ability to meet/exceed service standards, excellent communication and presentation skills, outstanding client relationship skills.
Experience: 1-3 years in client services, training, or consulting. Experience with agency systems or related software preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
$55,000 - $60,000 a year
