R13 Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an exciting and fast-growing insurtech business in their search for an Implementation Specialist to join their growing UK team.

This is a great opportunity for a commercial, personable insurance professional who enjoys working with people and able to identify commercial opportunities with clients, but is equally comfortable getting into the detail, recognising anomalies and assuring absolute accuracy in the data. You’ll need a good understanding of commercial insurance, terminology and classes of business, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The role involves working directly with clients to understand their requirements and translating insurance products, pricing structures, rating rules and documentation into the company’s innovative technology platform.

You’ll be involved throughout the implementation journey, from understanding requirements and configuring products through to testing, training and successful client launch. Based in London, you’ll work from their modern office an average of two days per week, with opportunities for national and international travel to client sites, events and industry expos.

The Company

This innovative business is transforming how insurance products are built, managed and delivered through technology.

The UK operation is still in the early stages of its growth, offering an exciting opportunity to join at the ground level, make an impact and develop your career as the business grows. You’ll work closely with international teams across the UK, US and Mexico, with a two-week training trip to Mexico as part of your onboarding.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
