What are you going to do:

KateOne builds guest-facing ordering hardware and software for casual dining and QSR chains across the UK. Our products — the Kate tablet and Kate Kiosk — are deployed at mid-market and enterprise restaurants.

We are around 45 people, growing fast, with a 9-person UK team. If you want to own something real from day one, this is the right place.

The Role

You will own the technical onboarding process for new KateOne clients. That means collecting client data, coordinating hardware, configuring the platform, running staff training, and making sure every site goes live on time and set up correctly.

Must Have

  • Intermediate knowledge of IT, Windows operating systems, Android
  • Organised and dependable: you follow up, close things out, and do not let go-live dates slip
  • Comfortable working remotely with regular UK travel when installs require it
  • Strong client-facing skills — you can manage expectations and communicate clearly under pressure

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
