Job Overview
Summary:
Gain a deep understanding of the products leveraged across the entire software landscape. Lead implementation projects and interfaces directly with the user base. Be responsible for ensuring that implementations are executed smoothly and meet client expectations that are clearly defined and documented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the configuration and setup of software(s) to align with client specifications and business goals and needs.
- Lead the planning and execution of implementation projects.
- Ensure system setup meets current business needs and requirements.
- Assist with regression testing releases, track issues, work with development and deploy software updates.
- Stay updated with product developments and updates to provide ongoing value to the business.
- Customize solutions to fit client needs and business processes, while understanding the IT support chain and full business scope.
- Assist with business communications and addressing any issues that arise.
- Daily support of applications from user requests to issues.
- Ensure ticketing templates meet the business and user needs and have clear directions.
- Create end-user training and maintain documentation for multiple applications.
Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Payroll Processing Understanding (with Union experience).
- Exposure to Electronic Timekeeping Systems.
- Previous Software Support to end users of the system.
- Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with Vista (Viewpoint) or similar Construction ERP System.
- Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Products.
- Self-starter, organized, and detail-oriented.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- Office environment with standard working hours, may require occasional flexibility to accommodate project timelines or address urgent issues.
- The job involves primarily sedentary work, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer workstation to perform administrative tasks.
- Extensive use of computers and office equipment is essential for tasks such as drafting documents, managing databases, sending emails, and scheduling appointments. This requires proficient typing skills and the ability to operate office software efficiently.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle or operate office equipment, keyboards, and tools.
- Strong visual and auditory abilities are essential for reading and reviewing documents, communicating effectively, and engaging in face-to-face or virtual meetings.
