Implementation Project Coordinator/Manager
Wakefield (On-site, Monday to Friday)
£35,000 - £40,000
Elevation Tech & Transformation are recruiting for one of a key clients, a growing software business based in Wakefield, who are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of customer implementation projects, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while delivering projects on time and to a high standard. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate implementations, manage project plans, gather requirements, mitigate risks and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple customer implementation projects from kick-off to completion.
- Lead customer meetings and gather implementation requirements.
- Create and maintain project plans, governance documentation and action trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and manage project risks and escalate where appropriate.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout implementation.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is kept up to date.

About You
- Previous experience in an Implementation, Project Coordinator or Project Management role.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident leading customer meetings and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience within SaaS, software or technology environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is an advantage.
