Import Clerk – Feltham, Middx

Hours: 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing!

  • Import documentation — Managing air waybills & bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs entries
  • Freight coordination — Working with carriers, freight forwarders and internal teams
  • Shipment tracking — Monitoring inbound cargo and updating systems
  • Customs compliance — Ensuring all shipments meet UK regulations
  • Team support — Providing essential admin support
