Import Clerk – Feltham, Middx
Hours: 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing!
- Import documentation — Managing air waybills & bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs entries
- Freight coordination — Working with carriers, freight forwarders and internal teams
- Shipment tracking — Monitoring inbound cargo and updating systems
- Customs compliance — Ensuring all shipments meet UK regulations
- Team support — Providing essential admin support

- Strong start-to-finish import knowledge
- CDS customs entry experience
- Knowledge of Sequoia or Boxtop (advantageous)
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confident IT skills, including MS Office
