Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Import Co-ordinator to work full-time in our Portsmouth office in standard business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The successful candidate will join our Operations Team, they will be required to handle both sea and air import shipments. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling import sea freight shipments and customs clearances. The candidate should display excellent attention to detail, good customer service and communication skills and be happy to work to tight deadlines. The role will be office based.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in general freight forwarding in sea freight imports, handling shipments from quotation to delivery.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Keen & can-do attitude.

Preferable:

  • Familiar with Boxtop and Descartes.
  • Familiar with and able to use CNS/Destin8.
