🚨 Hiring: Import/Export Coordinator | Remote UK
We’re looking for an experienced Import/Export Coordinator for a short-term contract opportunity with a leading organisation.
📍 Location: Remote – UK
📅 Contract: 6+ months
⏳ Duration: Approx. 6 months
💼 Hours: 36.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday
🕐 Core Hours: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
💰 Rate: £14.50/hour PAYE
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Own the operational relationship with customers from PO intake through export fulfilment and post-delivery
- Process and validate customer POs and manage amendments
- Create and maintain Sales Orders using SAP/OpenText
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Master Data, Pricing, logistics partners, and customers
- Manage export documentation, shipment planning, packaging, containers, and pallets
- Handover completed Sales Orders to logistics partners for booking
- Monitor stock readiness and resolve blocked orders
- Handle disputes, damaged goods, and post-shipment issues
- Produce daily and weekly operational reports
- Support process improvements, projects, training, and operational cover

🎯 Essential Experience
- Strong Import AND Export experience — both are essential
- Hands-on experience with SAP
- Experience with OpenText or similar order-processing systems
- Strong understanding of export logistics and documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
- Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
