Surrey | Hybrid | c. £30,000 DOE
I'm currently partnered with a leading FMCG business that is looking to add an IMEX & Packaging Executive to its Supply Chain team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience across Import/Export, customs, or supply chain administration to join a well-established business with a portfolio of recognised household brands and a strong presence across the UK retail market. You'll work closely with the wider Supply Chain team, warehouses, transport providers, and European partners, taking ownership of the day-to-day import and export processes.

The role will involve:
- Managing import and export documentation across the UK and Europe
- Coordinating with warehouses, transport, and supply teams to keep shipments moving
- Managing customs clearance and resolving any issues quickly
- Tracking shipments and communicating potential supply issues
- Supporting product samples and NPD activity
- Maintaining accurate packaging data across the product portfolio and producing regular packaging reports
What they're looking for:
- Previous experience in Import/Export, Customs, Supply Chain, or a similar environment
- Good understanding of import/export documentation and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Someone comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- FMCG experience would be a strong advantage
