About Us
Evergreen Fashion UK Ltd is a fast-paced fashion clothing supplier to the high street. We are currently seeking an Import Merchandiser to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
You will serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and assist with other customers’ accounts as needed. Your responsibilities will span the entire process from development through to delivery. The ideal candidate should be organized, highly motivated, and capable of both team and individual work.

Responsibilities
- Handling accounts from start to finish
- Organizing samples for meetings
- Dealing with costs and margins
- Processing sales/purchase orders
- Assisting with incoming and sending packages and logging them onto the system
- Working closely with the factory to ensure the sample/order process is followed and all critical key dates are met
- Updating/managing the critical path and keeping track of order statuses for both customers and the factory
- Participating in trade meetings
- Attending customer meetings (when permitted)
- General office duties

Key Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to always meet deadlines set
- Capable of quickly picking up tasks and working in a tight-knit team
- Strong communication skills and presentational skills
- Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential
