Role: Import Export Coordinator
Location: Pulborough
As an Import Export Coordinator in Pulborough, you'll handle the day-to-day logistics of moving goods in and out of the business. Your role will ensure a smooth and efficient process, helping to support the company's retail operations.

Description
- Manage import and export processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, such as invoices and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipments and resolve any issues or delays that arise during transit.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfilment and stock management.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export activities.
- Stay updated on changes to import/export regulations and advise the business accordingly.
- Provide support in resolving customs and compliance queries.
