We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join our Children and Young People Division in a key role supporting the transformation of Public Health Nursing services.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence how services evolve, working with clinical, operational and system partners to deliver innovative, high-quality care. Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of transformation and service development projects across the Public Health Nursing portfolio, managing multiple workstreams from planning through to implementation and evaluation.
- Work with operational, clinical and corporate colleagues to coordinate programme governance, monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide assurance on delivery.
- Analyse complex information to inform decision-making, prepare reports and business cases, and support delivery of commissioned priorities and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with commissioners, local authority partners and other stakeholders to embed sustainable change and improve services for children, young people and families.
