This role sits at the heart of Enterprise Technology and Security, providing strategic leadership to our enterprise platforms, accelerating the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, and helping the business operate more efficiently, intelligently and at scale.

Job Description

As the Improvement & Innovation Hub Manager, you'll be responsible for the support, maintenance, governance and evolution of core enterprise systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integrated ecosystem, ensuring they effectively enable the organisation to run and grow the business. You'll also lead the development and governance of platform capabilities including D365, Power Platform, Power BI and emerging AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and maximising return on technology investment.

Working closely with Programme Delivery, Strategy and Change, business stakeholders, and the Enterprise AI Manager, you'll help ensure technology changes are embedded effectively through high-quality training, adoption support and clear operating models.

What You'll Do

  • Own the support, stability, governance and continuous improvement of D365 and associated enterprise platforms, ensuring they remain current, reliable and aligned to business needs.
  • Define and shape the future direction of D365, Power Platform, Power BI and AI-enabled capabilities, balancing innovation, control and return on technology investment.
  • Establish clear governance, operating models and decision frameworks for platform change, citizen development, automation and buy/build/extend choices.
  • Work with partners, suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective delivery, support and evolution of enterprise platform services.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to improve business processes through automation, data insight, AI and platform capability.
  • Lead the adoption and embedding of system changes delivered through continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, including scalable training, guidance and enablement.
  • Partner closely with Programme Delivery, Strategy and Change, the Enterprise AI Manager and business stakeholders to ensure technology changes deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on service excellence, ownership, customer-centric delivery and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
