Are you passionate about driving meaningful change in healthcare?
We’re looking for a dynamic Improvement Programme Manager to join our Transformation Directorate and lead ambitious programmes that improve patient outcomes and deliver real value. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and deliver complex projects that support our organisational priorities, working closely with clinical teams, corporate services, and system partners. You will oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of improvement programmes, ensuring robust governance and alignment with organisational priorities. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing business cases
- Managing risks
- Tracking benefits realisation
- Reporting progress to senior stakeholders
The role involves engaging with internal and external partners, influencing decision-making, and leading programme assurance reviews. You will also provide expert advice on programme management, coach project leads, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Compensation
Compensation is contingent upon NHS experience and current banding/pay point.
