WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...
As our new In-Flight Retail Crew Engagement Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of retail change initiatives across our Cabin Crew operation. Working closely with In-Flight Retail, Cabin Services, Cabin Crew Training, and operational teams, you'll ensure colleagues are informed, engaged, and equipped to deliver new products, processes, systems, and commercial initiatives. Through effective communication, project support, and regular flying, you'll help drive continuous improvement and enhance the onboard retail experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and timely communications for Cabin Crew relating to retail products, promotions, processes, and operational updates
- Support the creation of crew communications including memos, newsletters, briefings, presentations, digital content, and engagement campaigns
- Act as a key point of contact for retail-related crew queries and feedback
- Manage retail incentives
- Assist with the implementation of new retail products, systems, processes, and commercial initiatives
- Support the delivery of change management plans to ensure successful adoption across Cabin Crew teams
- Assist Cabin Crew Training in the creation and maintenance of retail training materials, guides, and supporting documentation
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support project delivery
- Contribute ideas to enhance crew engagement, sales performance, and customer experience
- Fly regularly to gain insight into crew daily challenges, customer profile, and in-flight retail presence

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience producing engaging communications, presentations, and training materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective working relationships across departments
- Previous experience in a similar communications, engagement, training, retail, or aviation-related role would be advantageous
- An enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated approach
- A customer and colleague-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Adaptability and resilience within a fast-paced environment
- A continuous improvement mindset
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel to operational bases across the UK and undertake regular flying, including weekends and bank holidays in line with operational requirements
