Are you passionate about helping older adults and making a meaningful difference in your community? The Senior Hub–Meals on Wheels of Fairfield County is seeking a full-time In-Home Services Manager to oversee our Homemaking and other in-home service programs that help older adults remain safe, independent, and connected in their homes.
The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work effectively with both clients and staff in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Supervise the Homemaker, Emergency Response, and Adaptive equipment programs and staff
- Oversee and maintain the In-Home Repair Program
- Conduct initial visits and develop care plans for the Homemaker program
- Coordinate contracted providers and programming for the In-Home Services Department
- Coordinate and schedule in-home services with contracted or internal staff, to include but not limited to, personal care, homemaker services, respite care, and home repairs
- Work effectively with community providers to ensure in-home service referrals are fulfilled
- Coordinate financial assistance
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of service units and provider billing
- Develop an annual continuing education curriculum for In-Home Services staff
- Maintain training records as required by COAAA

Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working under an RN
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
- State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with at least 2 years of experience
Additional Requirements
- Supervisory experience required
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
