Project Running Architect
An established private property and development company is seeking a Project Running Architect to join its growing in-house design team in London to work on their projects in the UK and Greece.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Architecture, this role will lead the delivery of bespoke high-end residential projects while supporting and mentoring a junior team member. Combining technical expertise, consultant coordination, and client management, the role is focused on ensuring projects are successfully delivered to the highest design and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-end residential projects across all RIBA stages
- Manage project programmes, consultant coordination, and design information
- Produce and review detailed drawing packages and technical documentation
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities
- Oversee planning, building regulations, and construction-stage coordination
- Mentor and manage one junior team member, supporting their professional development
- Monitor project quality, budgets, and deadlines
- Attend site visits and ensure successful project execution through completion

Requirements
- ARB registered Architect or equivalent
- 2-3 years post Part III experience delivering luxury residential projects
- Proven ability to independently run projects from concept to completion
- Experience managing project teams and coordinating external consultants
- Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring or managing junior staff
- The right to live and work in the UK
