Our In-House Property Management Business client is seeking an experienced In-House Commercial Property Solicitor to join them from their North London offices. The firm offers hybrid working (one day remote per week), a salary of up to £90,000 per annum, on-site parking, early closing hours, and a range of additional incentives.
You will be joining a family-owned business, acting exclusively for the firm's group companies, which hold a substantial property portfolio across London and the South East. The successful candidate will support and advise a busy commercial property management team whilst working within an established legal team of three solicitors.

Responsibilities
- Managing commercial leases for shops, offices, and industrial estate units.
- Handling 1954 Act business lease renewals (excluding litigation matters).
- Advising on land and title queries.
- Working independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with strong commercial property experience, particularly in commercial leases.
- A minimum of 7 years' PQE.
- Training and/or experience gained within a City or national law firm.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload.
